Terms and Conditions
Final numbers are expected no less than twenty-eight days prior to your wedding. Any changes after this date will be charged for accordingly. To ensure the room is set up as you want we need your table plan at least three days before the wedding.
Your final account must be settled no less than twenty-eight days prior to your wedding.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Any wedding that is cancelled with less than six months notice will be charged 40% of the estimated total bill. Less than 3 months will be charged at 80% of the estimated total bill.
We recommend that you take out insurance against the unfortunate event of a cancellation.
DISCLAIMER
The customer and their guests shall abide by any reasonable instructions in respect of security, health and safety. The customer and their guests will also be responsible for the cost of any repairs or damage to the facilities caused by negligence or wilful misconduct.
No liability will be accepted by The Park Hotel with respect to loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue by the customer and their guests.
VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%
We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice in response to changes in VAT
